The level of energy that the festival team give out is stunning. The way the festival is organised is also unique: we ensure that everyone feels important and needed, be it a minor or a major part that they play. The main principle here is that people are ready and willing to contribute their time, knowledge and skills towards something that does not bring them direct profit. The Festival of Opinion Culture was born as a civil initiative and relies completely on the work done by dozens of volunteers and the support of the sponsors.

We are united by the concept of Festival of Opinion Culture as a meeting place for interesting thoughts, new ideas and new initiatives; a place that will boost people’s courage and self-esteem and make them ask themselves ‘what can i do?’. We hope that the Vallimägi Hill in Paide will become known as the birthplace of new ideas and the place where people expect to gather annually in the third week of August, helping to transform our country’s 45,227 square kilometres into a better place.
